Moulding.
Compression moulded products are produced using a Palamine compression press with moveable bottom platen. Platens are 24 inches square. All products are produced using our in-house manufactured compounds. Largest moulding produced to date has a shot weight of 7.2 kgs and diameter of 550 mm.
Injection moulded products are produced on a REP injection press. We can go up to 2Kg parts.
