Calendering is the production of flat thin sheets supplied in rolls. B D Technical Polymer can supply calendered sheets up to 1200mm wide using our compounds or customer supplied compounds.

We can supply material either on embossed polythene or siliconized paper
What is the tolerance on the thickness?
Generally we provide material to a tolerance of +/- 0.25mm
What is the maximum thickness you offer on single ply sheet?
We can offer up to 8mm thick on single ply sheet
