Rubber Compound

B D Technical Polymer is the UK’s only specialist coloured rubber compounder. Rubber compounds are supplied for the moulding, extrusion, coated fabrics, footwear, roller covering and general rubber goods industries. Rubber compounds are mixed using customer formulation or to our own formulations. Our service and quality is second to none.

B D Technical Polymer is one of the very few companies who can supply rubber compounds in all forms such as slabs, strip, calendered sheet or blanks. All these forms are available in coloured rubber compounds as well as black rubber compounds.

Moulding

B D Technical Polymer has an in house moulding department where we can mould rubber using compression, transfer or injection moulding methods. We will produce products from customer’s moulds or have new moulds made for any specific product.

Calendering

B D Technical Polymer can supply calendered sheets up to 1200mm wide using our compounds or customer supplied compounds.

Plastic Compounding

B D Technical Polymer also supplies compounds using EVA, LDPE and EPDM blends to customer specifications. These compounds are supplied in diced form to feed extruders or injection moulding machines.

Consultancy

B D Technical Polymer offers a consultancy service to design and manufacture rubber compounds. If required we can also mould the finished rubber product. We can source most finished rubber products economically.
