• With over 25 years of rubber compound mixing experience, B D Technical Polymer is able to understand and meet the requirements of modern industry. We mix coloured and pigmented black rubber compounds and offer an excellent service to all our customers. We have the capability of offering next day service for coloured rubber compounds which is second to none in the industry

• A wide range of Natural and Synthetic polymers are used to produce our compounds

• We can present all our rubber compounds in either slab, strip, calendered sheet or blanks. All these forms are available for coloured or black compounds

• Rubber compounds are supplied using our extensive library of formulations

• We offer a colour matching service for any rubber compound

• Every batch mixed is tested in our laboratory before dispatch

• Our production facilities include two 3D Banbury Internal Mixers and three 60 inch two roll mills
